Five weeks in, and seven teams share the NFL’s most prestigious honor, leading the coin toss standings. The Raiders, Eagles, Giants, Browns, Seahawks, Packers and Saints sit at 4-1, while Carolina lurks at 3-1 with a game in hand. You can’t teach this kind of preparation. Winning football games sometimes also takes some luck, and these guys have it through 5 weeks.
Meanwhile, the Jaguars, Cardinals and Bears remain winless at 0-5. Five weeks of sending a grown man to midfield just to guess incorrectly. At some point, you have to wonder whether it’s the caller or the coaching. But SOMEONE needs to get fired in my opinion if you have this many misses. Hopefully they can turn it around week 6.
